What may be the world’s fastest accelerating car, the Aspark Owl, is now finally available to buy, after a few years of development and secrecy.

The concept car first appeared in 2017 at the Frankfurt auto show, but the production version wasn’t revealed until the November 2019 Dubai International Motor Show.

The Owl is an all-electric battery-powered supercar from Japan, and while its manufacturer, Aspark, has been updating the prototype for production, it hasn’t released too many details about the machine over the past four years.

It’s allegedly the fastest-accelerating car in the world, and when you hear it’s packing 2,012 horsepower and 1,475 lb-ft of torque, you kind of buy it.
