Commemorative Edition adds unique styling bits, and it's available only with a V8
It may not feel like it, but the original Challenger was released 50 years ago. Dodge is celebrating the occasion by offering a limited-production 50th Anniversary Commemorative Edition model.
The Challenger was first released in 1970 to compete against pony car offerings from Ford and Chevrolet. As with every Mopar product, it gained a cult following because of the wild marketing, bright colours, and performance packages offered from the factory.
