The company is making just 25 of them.

The Gordon Murray Automotive T.50s Niki Lauda arrives as the track-focused variant of the already hardcore sports car from the man behind the McLaren F1. Its name pays tribute to the three-time Formula One World Champion. The automaker is making just 25 examples of this meaner model and is selling them for £3.1 million. Production of this variant starts in January 2023 after the 100 standard units of the T.50 are complete.

The T.50s Niki Lauda uses the 4.0-litre V12 like the standard model. The output for the hotter model is 701 bhp (523 kilowatts) at an outrageous 11,500 rpm, but the roof-mounted ram-air system means the power can be as high as 725 bhp (541 kW) at speed. The mill is good for 358 pound-feet (485 Newton-metres) of torque. For comparison, the standard T.50 has 654 bhp (488 kW) and 344 lb-ft (467 Nm).
