2021 Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet’s Special Leather Seats Stay Cooler in the Sun

• Mercedes-Benz has developed a special coating for the 2021 E-class cabriolet's seats that reduces their temperature under direct sunlight by up to 55 degrees.
• The specially coated seats reflect the sun's near-infrared rays to reduce the absorbed heat.
• The seats also reduce the interior heat inside the vehicle when the top is up, and best of all, they're standard on the new cabriolet.
